Sometimes it is good to twist you head upwards when photographing in the nature. I was strolling around in a very cold weather and saw how beautifully the sun rays touched the pine tops. I took my Ricoh GR out of the winter jacket’s pocket and was ready to shoot.

During the whole November we saw sunshine 12 minutes. If you divide it evenly, it makes 24 seconds per day.
P.S. My new Ricoh GR will arrive today. The above shot was taken with my earlier GR.
The birches in our yard were so stunningly beautiful yesterday morning. Frost was so pure white and it was flickering nicely in the sunshine. Sky was totally blue without any clouds. The air smelled spring even if we still have some 75 cm snow everywhere.
Today we are not having any blue skies. Dark clouds are over us and we are having a heavy snow fall at the moment.
It was a great sunshine!, originally uploaded by Jonne Naarala.
I had so much fun at our little hike. The sunshine was so phenomenal in the woods with warm colors (not a real warming effect though) and with all those beautiful shadows. This sunshine gave us a glimpse of spring even if we still have over two months to the spring time.
